Message from the Founder/owner
Dear Reader
My name is Mrs Asweenah Deane. I have been a qualified nurse since 2004 and have been working with the NHS ever since. Since being a qualified nurse I have worked in different settings, for instance on in patient wards, in the community, in rehabilitation unit, general hospital and mental health hospital. I have always been a safe practitioner and always acted on the best interest of my clients. Following my passion to support and protect vulnerable clients, I completed a Post Graduate Level course in Safeguarding Adults and have worked with Barts NHS Trust (Royal London Hospital) as a Safeguarding Adults Facilitator for a short while. Within this role I have ensured that patients/clients rights are protected and respected and have implemented the Mental Capacity Act (MCA 2005) as appropriate.
I have built good rapport with my clients and their families throughout my career as I believe client focused and collaborative working is the way forward. My experience and passion led me to start my own care services.
