Alvine has now started working for the business and has Emma who is working under him. Emma is the coordinator for shift allocation and handles all the in house administration works, where as Alvine handles all the IT related issues and managing Emma as she gets to grip with software that we use. “I am happy and excited to be working for Best at Home, the company is new but rapidly growing. I have been working for the company of a part time basis but have now taken a full time role. I am working with Emma who has recently joined the business and I feel proud to be able to help and manage the IT side of the business.”-Alvine

Staffs have expressed their gratitude of the wage that they receive. They have praised the business for the level of work that they are doing. They are not overwhelmed with work and are happy with the level of support that we provide our field staff. Staff have also been assessed by out senior carer for the quality of care that we provide.

Our team leader Jackie will be promoted to the position of Field Care Manager and will be taking care of all care related issues. This is a proud moment for both the business to have its first care manager. Upon hearing the news Jackie had the following to say "I am so happy to have been promoted to care manager. This is a position that I didn't think I would be in having only worked for the company for 5 months plus.
